Arrival on foot:
The Nokia Arena can be reached on foot via Sorinsilta and Sorinkatu. Sorinsilta has two access routes that are located on Kansikatu and between the Deck buildings Opaali and Topaasi. The third access route to the arena is located on Sorinkatu, where it is possible to turn onto Kansikuja.

Public transport

Parking for bicycles: There are no separate bike parks in the Deck area. However, there are several bike parking spaces near the Deck area, where it is possible to leave your bike.

Arrival from the Tampere-Pirkkala Airport

By bus: The Tampere city bus 1A runs from the airport. The bus leaves in front of Terminal T1 and operates to Tampere railway station. Timetables can be found from the Nysse Journey Planner.

By car: Tampere-Pirkkala Airport is located about 16 kilometres from the arena. The journey takes about 20 minutes by car. The fastest route to the Nokia Arena is via the E12 motorway.

Arrival from the Helsinki-Vantaa Airport:

By train: P and I commuter trains run from the airport both to Tikkurila station and to the Helsinki center at frequent intervals. At Tikkurila, you can conveniently switch to a long-distance train that runs to Tampere. The journey takes about 2 hours with the change at Tikkurila.

By bus: Matkahuolto’s buses depart from Helsinki-Vantaa Airport, Terminal 2. The journey to Tampere takes about 2 hours and 15 minutes – 2 hours and 30 minutes. The final stop is the Tampere bus station, which is located within a 5-minute walk from the Nokia Arena.

By car: The journey from Helsinki-Vantaa Airport to the Nokia Arenatakes about an hour and 45 minutes. The fastest route is via the E12. You can park your car in any of the parking garages located at the Tampere center, or on the street.

Accessibility has been taken into account in the design of the Nokia Arena environment. All floors of the arena are serviced by an elevator.

There are a total of 31 wheelchair spaces in the stands. These are located in the arena’s best places, in blocks A1, A2, B1, and B2. Places for escorts are located next to the wheelchair spaces.
